The Connection
Let’s get in touch.

We begin every project with a phone call to discuss your design needs and simply get to know each other.

On-site meeting
We come over for a design date!
​
This meeting is to gather a better understanding of the project’s scope, budget, and timing. Measurements are taken and before pictures are captured to add to your portfolio. The consultation can take anywhere from an hour to three depending on the size of the project.

Delivering the Proposal
Give us the green light.
​
After the consultation, we will create a custom proposal detailing the scope of work covered and the payment schedule. We offer a flat fee so that you always know the final cost of your project. Once the proposal is approved and signed, the fun begins!
The Design
Here we go!
​
We create a design board with hand selected furniture, accessories, art and all elements needed. This includes furniture layout sketches and a custom budget sheet. We then schedule a time to present in a virtual or in person meeting.

The Presentation
The big reveal!
​
Envision your space with the design board and furniture layout sketches. Budget sheets are also reviewed. Once the selections have been approved, we finalize the project. We can take this time to make any revisions needed.
The Execution
Leave it all to us.
​
With the final design approved, we start the project coordination stage. This is when we place and expedite orders, track their progress through our trusted vendors. Deliveries are scheduled and checked for quality and any damage incurred in transit. Once all orders are delivered, we move on to step 6.

The Install
Welcome home!

We schedule a day, maybe a few and send you away so we can install the new look. Finishing touches are done and we are ready to welcome you into your newly styled home.

The Connection & Consultation Meeting
We begin every project with a phone call to discuss your design needs and simply get to know each other.
​A consultation meeting is set up where we discuss the project's scope of work furthermore, go over budgets and timelines. We also go over the different services we can provide for your new build and narrow down what you are needing.

The Proposal
Once the consultation is done we then put a proposal together with the scope of work for the entire project. We offer a flat fee calculated by the square foot of the home and the services needed so that you always know the final cost of your project. A payment schedule will also be listed on the proposal that will show when each deposit is due. Once the proposal is approved and signed we begin the project kick-off step.

Project Kick-off
We then start the creative process and build a design plan that include optional selections that compliment the architectural style and your personal style you are looking for. This is the phase in which we proceed to the details of the design. A design packet is built that consist of the following:

Sketches and plans
Presentation of developed design plan is presented and reviewed. Started budget sheets and contractor bids are reviewed and later edited after selections are finalized which is in the next step. Client than signs off on the progress and makes any changes known prior to moving forward. Show room visits are scheduled at this time if needed.

Final Design Plan Presentation
This is where we meet with you to go over the details of your final design plan. This includes all selections, drawings, color scheme, and budget sheets including contractor bids for any work by our trades and artisans. Client than signs off on the final design plan, budget sheets and any contract bids to get started. Deposits or full payments on material or labor done by trades will be required at this stage.

Project Coordination/Management of Project
We then initiate our agreed upon role in any construction or renovation included in your project. This means that we are collaborating with builders, vendors, fabricators and contractors to assure installs/work follows the design plan that was approved. Site visits are made to assure everything is running smoothly and to check for any issues that may come up. In this step we also create all purchase orders, track orders, assess lead times, note any back-orders or discontinued items that may delay the project, and make decisions whether or not to re-select. During this time, we make sure that our projected timeline is adhered to by all vendors. We coordinate all deliveries and schedule all trades that will be involved for the final installation.

The Big Reveal & Photography
The big reveal has come where we show you your new beautifully designed home and how our design plans have come to life! We make sure that you are fully satisfied with your new space. This is also the time where we present you with the final invoice and close out the project file. We will also thoughtfully ask for any feedback, reviews and referrals, and discuss any additional projects you would like us to take a look at.
A professional photo shoot is also scheduled that fits your schedule to shoot pictures of the project. These photos will be shown on or portfolio and any local publications.
Lastly, you are left with the end result of a design you only dreamed about and now has come to life. Enjoy!

Measure & Take Pictures
Once we are in contact through email I will request for you to measure your space(s), take pictures of the space(s) and any items that you would like me incorporate into your space.
​
Please make sure to measure the items you would like to incorporate so that I can get a better sense of scale for these pieces.
​
For each space I would suggest to take a picture from every angle including one from the entry (this shot should show an overall view of the space).
​
If you need help with measuring we can always hop on the phone and I can better assist you.

Payment
After you submit your photos and measurements, I will follow us with answering any questions you may have, discussing furniture budgets, design completion date, and lastly, send over a payment request. Now here is where the fun starts!

Mood Board Presented
You will receive your Mood Board, personalized shopping list, and a sketch furniture layout for the space on the scheduled day we agreed upon. Your personalized shopping list will include links to the recommend pieces shown on the mood board with pricing, details, and quantity's for a easy shopping experience.
